Engen Petroleum says it has finalised its acquisition of Shell International's downstream business in Lesotho. Its footprint in sub-Saharan Africa now extended to 17 countries outside South Africa, the company said on Monday. The Lesotho operation involved annual volumes of 36-million litres of retail and commercial fuel and lubricants, giving it just under 21 percent of the market.MORE SA HEADLINES
