SASOL BEE DEAL GETS FINAL NOD - SAPA

SASOL'S groundbreaking R30bn broad-based black economic empowerment transaction has been approved by the shareholders. The SASOL INZALO BEE TRANSACTION will be broken down as into fractions with 3% of the black public, 1,5% Broad based BEE groups and groups and trade unions involved in SASOL'S business selected by SASOL, 4% to the company employees (4%) and 1.5% to the SASOL INZALO FOUNDATION.
