ESOR EXTENDS CAUTION - SENS

ESOR has indicated that there will be a need for shareholders to exercise caution when dealing with shares as the company has entered into acquisitive negotiations with two unrelated companies, PATULA CONSTRUCTION and SHEARWATER CONSTRUCTION, which if successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of the company's securities.
