PIONEER FOODS, FOOD CORP CASE - SAPA

PIONEER FOODS along with FOODCORP has been referred to the competition tribunal for their alleged involvement in the bread fixing saga. The companies could be fined up to 10% of their annual turnover for the 2006/2007 financial year. PIONEER FOODS and FOODCORP suspected of contravening the competition act and have been given 20 working days to respond.
