TELIMATRIX listed on the JSE yesterday in order to issue shares to pay for the acquisition of OMNIBRIDGE from CONTROL INSTRUMENTS for R674m. The firm issued 320 million shares and placed 40 million privately in order to allow CONTROL INSTRUMENTS to realize cash as well as equities.
