Provide recommendations to optimise Core Network performance. Essential experience: GSM / UMTS - expert level (CS and PS), Good SS7 / control protocols knowledge, Network management tools (NetAct , Netan), Good understanding of Core Planning Fundamentals, Able to assess core network nodes and optimise performance.
