A university level education (BCom, BEng), coupled with an additional qualification such as Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply or an MBA/MBL. Minimum 5-7 years’ executive level procurement/supply chain experience. Understanding of South African Food Services/FMCG market is mandatory. Implement and drive the national procurement strategy, through the development and implementation of commodity strategies, supplier & item rationalisation and the resultant procurement processes.
