Sharma Leadership International Inc. announces South African Partnership with Beyond Connection
Toronto, Canada: Sharma Leadership International, the training organization founded by globally respected leadership expert and best selling author Robin Sharma, has partnered with Beyond Connection of South Africa to deliver comprehensive workshops and digital content throughout South Africa.
Beyond Connection is a new leadership development company whose mission is to create a bright and optimistic future for all South Africans through innovative leadership programmes. Through these initiatives, Beyond Connection’s intent is to create a South African “culture of leadership that is based on a strong sense of entrepreneurship that embraces the African philosophy of ‘Ubuntu’: a recognition that each of us co-exists within the collective humanity.”

Through an innovative licensing arrangement, Beyond Connection has gained exclusive access to Robin Sharma’s Lead Without Title seminars, executive workshops and digital content for Southern Africa. The seminars will be conducted over a two-week period starting November 4, 2008. Further, Beyond Connection and the AVUSA Media Group have entered into a media partnership that will help launch and establish Beyond Connection within corporate South Africa. As part of this relationship, Robin will be running a workshop for the executives of “The Business Times Top 100 companies of South Africa” on Wednesday November 5, 2008. On November 6 and 12, Robin will be conducting public Lead Without Title seminars in Johannesburg and Cape Town, respectively. Wrapping up Robin’s South African tour, a workshop will be presented to the South African chapter of the Young Presidents Organization.
