NOTIFICATION TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are hereby notified that Sun International Limited ("Sun")
released their quarterly profits announcement on SENS yesterday ("Sun`s
announcement"). Shareholders should note that GPI does not report
quarterly and accordingly in terms of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited GPI is not
obliged to make any similar announcement. However,
due to the fact that GPI`s significant investment, being its direct
holding of 29,24% economic interest in SunWest International (Pty)
Limited of which GrandWest is a significant asset, is included in Sun`s
announcement, the board of GPI feel it prudent to alert shareholders to
such reference. Shareholders should further note that Sun`s auditors
have not reviewed nor reported on the quarterly profits as referred to in
Sun`s announcement.
