TRADING UPDATE
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required
to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable
degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be
reported on will differ
by at least 20% or more from the financial results for
the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that StratCorp is currently finalising its results for
the six months ended 31 August 2008 and anticipates that basic earnings per
share will decrease by between 160% and 180% and headline earnings per share
will decrease by between 140% and 160% compared to the six months ended 31
August 2007.
The financial information on which this trading update is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
The company`s results for the six months ended 31 August 2008 are expected to be
released on SENS during the week ending 21 November 2008.
