Notice is hereby given that Interest Payment number 1 has been declared  for    
a  period  of 49 days, being from 12 May 2008 to 30 June 2008. The company's    
register  was  not closed 
on 20 June 2008 and in terms of the  JSE  Listings    
Requirements  corporate action timetable, payment will only be  made  on  28    
July  2008. The payment will also include interest at 10% per annum  for  28    
days on interest for the period 1 July 2008 to 28 July 2008.
