Daniël Kriel, CEO of Sanlam Private Wealth, says bringing on staff from a competitor is a significant milestone for the company and the new staff will be a great addition to the company’s entrepreneurial culture.

The new appointments include: Altaf Rooknoodeen, Guy Allan, Andrew Bryson, Neo Kgantsi, Lesley-Ann Homan, Stuart Milroy and Marisol Campos.
“Furthermore, the expansion is in line with our long-term strategic vision of strengthening our regional presence in Gauteng, and reaching out to a new-generation high net worth market,” said Kriel.

He says that the move follows a similar strategy from a few years ago when Sanlam Private Wealth attracted a team from Nedbank Private Wealth’s Cape Town office.
