The company, which currently has its primary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, explained that the reason for the secondary listing is to build an investment track record with Namibian investors.

This is to ensure flexibility in the group’s long term plans which includes the expansion of its sub-Saharan Africa operations.
“By listing on the NSX, Namibian investors will be provided with an opportunity to invest in [DATA KST:PSG Konsult Ltd.] by utilising a portion of the prescribed investment portfolio assets,” said the company in a statement.
