According to the South Africa-based company, this is to ensure alignment with revenue performance and the changing needs of the business and its customers.

“In South Africa, a consultation process in terms of section 189A of the Labour Relations Act has been embarked upon with organised labour and other relevant stakeholders,” it said.

“The group is also reviewing all non-South African group operations and similar processes will be followed in those countries where necessary.”
The company operates in the mining and construction, forestry, agriculture and roads and rehabilitation fields.
