Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari is expected to formally present the 2016 Budget to the National Assembly on Tuesday.
Several newspapers reported that the Senate postponed its vacation due to start tomorrow until then.
Africa’s largest economy last week proposed a national budget of N6.07 trillion (about $30 billion) for the 2016 fiscal year. It allocated 30 per cent of the budget to capital expenditure.
