Before Joining CNBC Africa, Terryanne Chebet was an anchor and producer at Kenya Broadcasting Corporation, the country’s state owned media. After her internship at the station she was absorbed into the mainstream, assisting productions across the board, before being a full pledged producer, and later, a news anchor.

During the same time she stopped her production job and joined an advertising company while still anchoring main news at KBC until March 2007 when she joined CNBC Africa as a reporter& Presenter.

Terryanne, a keen poet says ‘Joining CNBC Africa was a dream come true, Kenya and Africa as a whole needs the world to know that great things are going on in our economies, and only CNBC Africa has the platform for that. I am privileged to be part of the African revolution.
