Mandlakazi Mpahlwa-Sigcawu has been with CNBC Africa since its launch in 2007.

She has tackled both lifestyle programming and the more serious news and finance on the channel hosting the colourful Kaleidoscope featuring everything from cars, hotels and technology to advertising, marketing and media.

On the news and finance side, Mpahlwa-Sigcawu has hosted Regional Round up and other weekday programming slots.

Some of her highlights at CNBC Africa include a special launch edition of her lifestyle show in 2007 and having the first President of Zambia, Kenneth Kaunda sing ‘Happy Birthday’ to former President of South Africa, Nelson Mandela live on CNBC Africa.

Having worked in print and radio, Mpahlwa-Sigcawu also spent time at ETV and the SABC concentrating on news and current affairs.
