Healthy Business Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The Healthy Business competition (the "Competition") is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 and over.
  2. The Competition is not open to employees or agencies of CNBC Africa, their group companies, their family members or anyone else connected to the Competition.
  3. Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  4. To enter the Competition, simply answer the online questionnaire.
  5. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
  6. The Competition opens on 3rd July 2009, and ends 10th July 2009. Entries received after this closing date will not be legible to win a prize.
  7. The winner will be picked via lucky draw by CNBC Africa's Executive Producer of Healthy Business.
  8. Win a complete Travelite Luggage set.
  9. The winners will be notified telephonically or via email by Friday July 17 2009 and will be given details as to how to claim their Prize.
  10. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  11. CNBC Africa accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability (other than set out below) for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the Prize or participating in the competition. CNBC Africa further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition.
  12. CNBC Africa reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
  13. The Competition is governed by South African law.
