Equites Property Fund released its interim results saying that revenue increased to about R263 million while headline earnings per share decreased to 60 cents per share versus the 86 cents per share in 2016. Equites says it will continue to pursue opportunities to acquire logistics properties that are expected to contribute to long-term, predictable distribution growth in South Africa & the UK as it strives to become a global logistics property fund player, Andrea Taverna-Turisan, CEO of Equites joins CNBC Africa for more.
