South African Revenue Services Commissioner, Tom Moyane, is considering taking legal action against auditing firm, KPMG, after it withdrew its report into the alleged SARS rogue unit. The auditing firm’s rogue unit report‚ which cost SARS R23-million‚ concluded that there were irregularities in the establishment of the unit. On Friday KPMG withdrew its recommendations, which has left SARS considering the following six legal options.
