Old Mutual was founded in 1845 in Cape Town, and is a global long-term savings, insurance and investment Group. It is in the process of a major reorganisation under new CEO Bruce Hemphill. It has a market cap of R175.3 billion, a price to earnings ratio of 23.7 and a dividend yield of 3.35 per cent.
