The Mandela Washington Fellowship for young African leaders, started in 2014, and it is the flagship program of the Young African Leaders Initiative, that empowers young people through academic coursework, leadership training, and networking. Margaret Nongo-Okojokwu and Ukinebo Dare, Mandela Washington Fellows for 2017 joined CNBC Africa to discuss leadership and how best to prepare the youth for future leadership roles in Africa.
