SA moves closer to host 2023 rugby world cup

Yesterday South Africa received the initial World Rugby recommendation to host the Rugby World Cup tournament in 2023. The country’s 827-page bid book scored 79 per cent in the committee’s six criteria, with France in second place & Ireland in third with 72 per cent. But is the World Cup in the bag already?
