State capture inquiry: Zuma challenges report

The North Gauteng High Court today heard the case of President Jacob Zuma’s review of recommendations by former public protector Thuli Madonsela “that the president must appoint a commission of inquiry into state capture’, and to be headed by a judge named by the chief justice. CNBC Africa’s Lubabalo Mashiqana was there and filed this report.
