Another day, another reshuffle – president Zuma is back from Nigeria with a bang. In two quick moves, Zuma avoided a legal challenge by appointing a new board at the public broadcaster. But he also found time to redecorate his cabinet. This is Zuma’s second cabinet reshuffle this year following one in March. Does this reshuffle reinforce the idea that Project state capture is very much alive?
