Bank borrowing from CBN up 80% in 2017

Nigerian Banks borrowed 52 trillion naira from the Central Bank of Nigeria in 2017; this is up 80 per cent from 2016. Some analysts say this significant rise is as a result of the high interest rate environment in the country.
