Deputy Minister Abrahams on outcomes of the global telecoms conference

South Africa became the first African country to host the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) World conference this month. The conference was hosted under the theme “Innovation for a Smarter Digital Development”. CNBC Africa’s Fifi Peters spoke with Deputy Minister of Telecommunications Stella Ndabeni Abrahams to discuss the outcomes of the ITU.
