Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire sign cocoa agreement

Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire have signed an agreement to accelerate the implementation of a common strategy for the cocoa sector. The two countries hope the deal titled the Abidjan declaration, will help harmonise cocoa marketing policies and boost production.
