The High Court’s Western Cape Division discharged the interim order brought by the Pepkor group against four of the previous executives of Tekkie Town and another three legal entities linked to these executives. Pepkor’s Speciality division accused the key managers of Tekkie Town of “sabotage” against Steinhoff.
