Pan-African telecoms group Liquid Telecom is investing 400 million dollars in data centres and network infrastructure in Egypt over the next three years, as part of a major partnership with Telecom Egypt. The investment was announced at the Africa 2018 forum. While speaking about the signing, Strive Masiyiwa, Founder and Group Executive Chairman of Liquid Telecom’s parent company Econet Wireless, described Egypt as a very exciting market.
