Majority of black SA executives moving abroad for work – report

A report recently done on the brain drain South Africa faces reflects that majority of executives who are mainly black are likely to consider leaving the country and working overseas. This figures come at a time when South Africa battles balancing racial and gender representation in high level management positions.
