The Ebola outbreak in eastern Congo has been declared by the World Health Organisation as the second largest in history, with 426 confirmed and probable cases. Meanwhile, Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari recently signed the Bill for an Act to establish the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control into law.
