Nigeria’s government is looking to fully implement its 6th Executive Order which was signed in July and recently upheld by a Federal High Court in Abuja. The executive order allows for the interim seizure of assets linked to investigations for ongoing criminal trials. But this decision has been received with mixed reactions across the country.
