Transnet fired its CEO, Siyabonga Gama, whilst an arbitration process was due to begin. Last Friday the labour court ordered both the company and Gama to go through arbitration prior any further move. Joining CNBC Africa for more is CCMA Convening Senior Commissioner, Marius Kotze.
