SARS reports increased tax submissions this year

This year South African Revenue Services reduced its individual tax season by a month and has closed reported improved numbers of submissions within time said to be over 90 per cent. Joining CNBC Africa to unpack how this was likely achieved and look at penalties for late submission is Mark Kingon, SARS Acting Commissioner.
