WB’s report highlights urgent need to improve Rwanda’s education

A World Bank report indicates that learning outcomes in Rwanda are low despite high enrolment ratio in primary education. The report highlights urgency in improving school completion and learning outcomes in basic education for the country to have a strong human capital and achieve economic aspirations.
