Call for private sector involvement in upskilling developing countries’ youth

With the gap between marketplace skills and education output widening, Africa and other developing countries will need to integrate private sector input in its curriculum development in order to produce employable youths. The International Labour Organization’s Regional Youth Employment Technical Specialist for Africa, Amal Mowafy spoke to CNBC Africa’s Godfrey Mutizwa at the ongoing Islamic Development Bank annual meetings in Marrakesh, Morocco.
