EPP has released its financial results revealing a 6.7 per cent increase in headline earning per share to EUR 11.60 cents. The Dutch based real estate company have increased its net asset values to 2.4 per cent and it also increased its cost of debt to 2.33 per cent which is up from 2.14 per cent in 2017.
