The bail hearing of ex Mozambique Finance Minister has been postponed to January the18th. Manuel Chang was arrested in December last year for alleged involvoment in a $2billion loan scandal that caused the country to default and foreigners to cut aid.
Zacarias Cossa, Counselor for Police at the Mozambique High Commission had this to say after the ruling.
