Yesterday on the Nairobi Securities Exchange trading floor, My Space Properties became the first real estate company to be admitted into their Ibuka incubator program and only the second to be listed on the Stock Exchange. CNBC Africa is joined by the company’s CEO, Mwenda Thuranira, to discuss not only what this means for his company but what it could mean for the sector at large in Kenya.
