How Uganda’s agricultural sector is coping with rain delays

Millions are being affected by the delay of rains in the East African Region. Citizens are facing struggles such as water scarcity, increasing food prices and loss of livestock just to name a few. The situation is becoming dire in some countries and government officials have begun warning populations about coping with the change, Uganda for instance, has advised farmers to export less food in order support potential food shortage in the country.
