Low income, over-indebted consumers may have their debt erased

Low income workers who are over indebted may have the chance of erasing their debt. This is once the National Credit Amendment Bill is signed into law sooner than we may think. But this move could cost the credit industry billions but could also make credit harder to acquire. Riccardo Petersen, Director at Norton Rose Fulbright joins CNBC Africa for more.
