The 52nd Session of the Economic Commission of Africa’s Conference of African Ministers of Finance, Planning & Economic Development will be held in Marrakech, Morocco. This year’s theme will focus on the effective fiscal policy, trade and the private sector in the digital era. CNBC Africa spoke to Mohamed Benchaaboun, Morocco’s Minister of Finance and Economy on what it means for the country’s economy.
