Nigeria needs $3.5bn investments to end gas flaring by 2020

Chairman of the Nigerian Gas Flare Commercialisation program says Nigeria needs about 3.5 billion dollars’ worth of inward investments by third-party investors to achieve the gas flare commercialisation target by 2020.
