In the case of Peter Moyo versus Old Mutual, the lawfulness of his dismissal still remains in the balance. Old Mutual maintains that the former CEO breached rights as preference shareholder. His immediate suspension thereafter, according to Moyo, was unconstitutional and without hearing.
