The Government of Rwanda recently partnered up with Israeli irrigation technology firm, Netafim, to develop a major agriculture project worth $66.5 million. CNBC Africa spoke to the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Jean Claude Musabyimana, to find out more.
