Rwanda signs $200mn deal for new power plant

Rwandan government has signed concession and power purchasing agreements with Symbion Power Lake Kivu Limited that will see the latter invest up to $200 million for the establishment of a 56 megawatt plant on the shores of Lake Kivu. CNBC Africa filed this report.
