Two brotherly countries, Rwanda and Uganda are currently not seeing eye to eye amid rising tensions born out of the allegations from Kigali that the Kampala government is arresting and torturing Rwandan nationals on baseless charges and actively aiding rebel groups opposed to Rwanda’s government.
