Science, engineering, technology and mathematics have been noted as the elements to help Africa leapfrog into the forth industrial revolution but investment in the sectors continues to lag behind when compared to the rest of the world, joining CNBC Africa to shed more light on what can be done to boost STEM education is the Program Director at Clarke International University, Micheal Niyitegeka.
