Vodacom’s group revenue for the year increased by 4 per cent to R90.1 billion. Operating profit increased a mere 1 per cent with operations outside South Africa contributing to 23 per cent of operating profit. The group’s headline earnings per share declined 2.5 per cent cents per share which was impacted by the additional shares for a new BEE transaction.
